We have a week of timeshare at Anfi (purchased in 2004). Due to COVID we have not been able to use our week for 2020 and 2021. These two weeks are on deposit for use at Christmas but we are still unable to go due to ill health. We have asked to use this time in the UK but have been informed this is not possible. How do we get our two years maintenance fees back.

I am considering coming out of Diamond Resorts and being over 75 we are able to do it at no cost? But if we came out of the contract first, would it jeopardise a claim for unfair contract, breach of contract and fraud by selling timeshare concessions through Booking.com, Diamond Hotels whilst not releasing availability to members whilst charging members full Management fees.

We have waited over 18 months to have a pool light on our timeshare villa repaired. The resort repeatedly lie about when it will be repaired. In November we woke up to find the light floating in the pool. We were so concerned as we had our grandchildren staying with us and were worried about safety.
