I have timeshare I was sold to by club la Costa which I didn’t really understand when I signed the contract. Now I’m finding it difficult to pay the loan because I’m no longer working. I tried to speak to club la Costa and the loan company about it, they are all saying that I had to pay the loan. Any advice please.

We have waited over 18 months to have a pool light on our timeshare villa repaired. The resort repeatedly lie about when it will be repaired. In November we woke up to find the light floating in the pool. We were so concerned as we had our grandchildren staying with us and were worried about safety.

I was recommended to use Travel & Leisure Group and Confused About Timeshare to sell my timeshare.
I talked to them and they were very promising they can sell the timeshare and I would get my fees back, they did not clearly say that I would not get my fees back if they didn’t manage to sell it. I don’t know how well they advertised my time share.
Can you tell me if they should return my fees as they didn’t managed to sell my timeshare?
