We have had a company contact me to tell me we can claim against CLC of 70k. but wanting a fee upfront . Unfortunately because we have suffered financial problems due the the Barclays loans for the timeshare we are on a debt management plan therefore unable to take any credit out .
is there any way you can pay fees at the end

Hi there, I have an elderly aunt looking for some advice for her timeshare. She has a timeshare in Lanzarote and because of COVID-19 she lost her job and is currently struggling financially. I’m trying to find out the options for her. I have spoken to the resort but all they can do is offer a payment plan and split the yearly fee into monthly. Please could you let us know what could happen if she stopped paying it.

We have waited over 18 months to have a pool light on our timeshare villa repaired. The resort repeatedly lie about when it will be repaired. In November we woke up to find the light floating in the pool. We were so concerned as we had our grandchildren staying with us and were worried about safety.

Our solicitors say they will provide a notarised letter stating that our timeshare contract with MGM has been terminated and that under no circumstances should I contact MGM – if they contact me for unpaid maintenance payments I should contact the solicitors. I am feeling more and more uneasy about this as I was hoping for a notarised letter from Muthu saying that the contract had been terminated, Will our solicitor’s letter stand up in court ?
