Whilst staying at a Heritage Resort in Spain, we were approached by their manager to see if we wanted to dispose of our timeshare and offered a way to do so. It involved paying a lump sum and in return, they took our timeshare (2 wks in Tenerife) so we had no further responsibility and gave us a 3 year introductory membership into the Heritage Resort Club with the promise of a holiday each year at a one of their resorts and at the end of the 3 years we can walk away knowing that we have no further responsibility to our timeshare and no requirement to join their club. I am concerned this may be a scam. Do you have any thoughts on this?

I surrender my points to club la costa some years ago, can I still get compensation?

I have a timeshare with CLC we have taken 3 separate loans out plus maintenance charges we are paying £700 a month which we can barely afford how can we get out of this
