Does Redweek’s”Verify and Protect” feature adequately protect people (like me) who want to rent a timeshare from a timeshare owner?

We have been contacted by
NewGate Legal SL who have offered to sell our timeshare.

Should we go with them or would you recommend another avenue to go down.

We bought two one week timeshare units on Mc Donalds Dona Lola on private re-sale in 2002. We paid our service charges and used our weeks until 2019, we paid 2020’s charge but could not use due to Corvid, we didn’t pay for 2021 as restrictions still applied. Mc Donalds continued to peruse payment and have now instructed solicitors who are being very heavy handed, Ideally we would like them to write off the disputed weeks and do a deal relative to handing back our weeks.

I have a timeshare at Westgate and after my husband passed away I could no longer afford it. I struggled and paid off the mortgage but have not paid the maintenance for 5years they are now chasing me for €7500. I feel let down by them as they totally lied when they sold us the weeks.

I want to transfer my week in son antem Majorca to my daughter, I’m finding it very difficult please help
