For some strange reason we cannot fix the problem of answering this question so I have the response here from a lawyer who specialises in current Silverpoint cases.
Dear Robert,
The liquidation of Silverpoint is very complicated and there is not a website you can find out this information, you would need to appoint Spanish legal representation to investigate. Having said that even though the maintenance bills have stopped, you still have a right to a possible claim (will depend on what you purchased from Silverpoint). We had a judgement against our timeshare with Anfi being declared null and void by the Court of the First Instance in Gran Canaria and for the return of our payments to Anfi, with interest added. This was in January 2018 and was dealt with by Canarian Legal Alliance based in GC. Since then, apart from promises of the matter should be resoved “very soon” we have not received one penny.
The finance was with Barclays Partner Finance who I understand has been penalised for their role in funding these purchases.
