We have been asked by Anfi in Gran Canaria to sign amended documents – a large pack has been sent in the post. When I asked gem to summarise the changes/reasons for change – this is what they said. Have you been involved with Anfi before any have any advice?

We had a judgement against our timeshare with Anfi being declared null and void by the Court of the First Instance in Gran Canaria and for the return of our payments to Anfi, with interest added. This was in January 2018 and was dealt with by Canarian Legal Alliance based in GC. Since then, apart from promises of the matter should be resoved “very soon” we have not received one penny.
The finance was with Barclays Partner Finance who I understand has been penalised for their role in funding these purchases.
