We have waited over 18 months to have a pool light on our timeshare villa repaired. The resort repeatedly lie about when it will be repaired. In November we woke up to find the light floating in the pool. We were so concerned as we had our grandchildren staying with us and were worried about safety.

We have owned a time share( Marina Park since 1990 a floating member we have not been allowed to use it over the past couple of years but still have to pay a large maintainable cost. We don’t want it any more and we’re going to take back our membership certificate this year but holiday got cancelled again. How do we get rid of this now burden around our necks as I retire in a few months. I hear the Spanish government are now closing all the timeshare properties anyway

hello, I have a timeshare with Club la Costa, I have been treat reasonably well since the purchase but finding it harder and harder to book what I signed up for. I have tried to communicate with CLC but no solutions have been offered so after many years of being an owner, I want to look at what I can do which is in my best financial interest. With that been said I would like to know if there are any 3rd party legit services that I can use to sell my timeshare? I await your response. Thank you.
