Bought my timeshare 17yrs ago for £22k this was for a 1 bedroom apartment. I pay around £700 a year as a maintenance fee. The Porto Mare in Funchal is a high-quality place but I do wonder if our purchase was completely legally correct through RCI. We would prefer to get it off our hands now. RCI has advised that to sell would not be recommended.

Hi we bought a timeshare with Anfi in 2010. I paid £200 a month for nearly 6 years but I only paid the annual fee for 1 year as we could not afford it. Would we be due any money back?
