My partner and I have a timeshare with Heritage. My partner passed away in February and I want to sell it. When I contacted Heritage they told me to contact a company called leisure and travel. I did this and they told me they would sell it for £5000 and I would get maintenance fees and £499 which I had to pay for advertising for 6 months. They contacted me and have now suggested they advertise it as open to offer and I needed to pay ad additional £349 to continue advertising. Is there an easier way to sell.

We originally purchase a week in Malta Salina wharf however, once purchase we could never book a room, we eventually ended up changing to flexible points, again however we could never book any room with RCI in the end we gave back the week this was after 4-5 years with them very disappointed and difficult to make a booking

We have had a company contact me to tell me we can claim against CLC of 70k. but wanting a fee upfront . Unfortunately because we have suffered financial problems due the the Barclays loans for the timeshare we are on a debt management plan therefore unable to take any credit out .
