IV GOT A TIME SHARE WITH ANFI IN GRAN CAnaria ,Had it since 2oo6 ,Now they want me to sign a new contract extension from my old one which I think was for 25 years to A one 50 years long ,Iv not sign anything, Do I have to accept this ,CAN I KEEP TO MY OLD CONTRACT, WITHOUT LOSING MY HOLIDAY, WHICH IM GOING TO ON THE 2ND OF MAY 2022 I GO EVER OTHER YEAR ,HOPE YOU CAN ADVISE ME ,DO NOT WANT TO ,SIGN THIS BECAUSE OF MY AGE THIS WOULD HAVE TO PASS ON TO MY CHILDREN, THE Maintain fees on .

Bought my timeshare 17yrs ago for £22k this was for a 1 bedroom apartment. I pay around £700 a year as a maintenance fee. The Porto Mare in Funchal is a high-quality place but I do wonder if our purchase was completely legally correct through RCI. We would prefer to get it off our hands now. RCI has advised that to sell would not be recommended.

Hello.

We been visiting Thailand this month, and we had the wrong information provided on the presentation, we signed a contract for timeless vacation ownership. We received a call from them only after 10 days with login details to the properties and etc., which looked absolutely different when on presentation, after this call I understood that its not the same as on presentation, so immediately I send an email that I want to cancel this membership, it was 10 days post contract was signed. The contract says I can cancel only after 7 days, but How do I cancel after 7 days if I only received and information after 10 days, I think they did it on purpose. The deposit we paid was 4000 USD,. We just wondering if it’s possible to get our money back. As they ignore our emails for over a week now.
Can you please advise us. Thank you
