In the light of Anfi del Mar having placed into administration Anfi Sales and Resorts, what is the lightly outcome of the mercantile court enforcing Anfi to liquidate some Assets to settle its creditors due to the mis selling of their products.

I bought a timeshare in Malta which had a 25 year ‘contract’ which was fine. But in Jan 2012, I was offered free holiday in Tenerife, only condition being that I would attend a presentation I was not allowed to take my friend in with me and the culmination was that I ended up paying £3400 to exchange to a point system. I later discovered that this contract was in perpetuity, and I have never used it during the last 9 years due to severe mental health issues . My son has used it once . We are paying out money for something we don’t use. What can I do?

I can no longer afford my timeshare week as it has gone from £500 to £617.62. I have had it for 17 years and now only have my state pension.
I have called the office twice, emailed 3 times & explained this and told them I have to give it up & asked how to go about this. So far I have not had any response.
Any advice would be great.
