I can no longer afford my timeshare week as it has gone from £500 to £617.62. I have had it for 17 years and now only have my state pension.
I have called the office twice, emailed 3 times & explained this and told them I have to give it up & asked how to go about this. So far I have not had any response.
Any advice would be great.

This 2020 since I did not deposit it immediately to interval they only give me 6 months
I can’t travel abroad were 4 in the family and besides were health care workers.
I did try to sell it many times but its too difficult to sell it
Next year I’m gonna pay again the maintenance in which I have not used my 2020 and 6 months only given for me to look for a holiday
They should be considerate
Next, can you help me sell it even I will get about 75 percent of the £11000 pounds I paid

I am considering coming out of Diamond Resorts and being over 75 we are able to do it at no cost? But if we came out of the contract first, would it jeopardise a claim for unfair contract, breach of contract and fraud by selling timeshare concessions through Booking.com, Diamond Hotels whilst not releasing availability to members whilst charging members full Management fees.
