Hello we decided to take a time share out with clc world and there was a cooling of period of 14 days we decided to cancel it and sent a letter to the loan people which was hitachi at the time they said they can only cancel it if clc world do we sent a letter to them they had gone back to Spain and said they did not receive anything but they were back in Spain I have never made any payment to them but it is on my credit file so at the moment I can not get any credit because it goes against me can you please help it is now with Lowell thank you.

I have had a timeshare with Bluegreen Corporation USA since 1997. Ihave always paid maintenance fees on time and owe nothing on mortgage I converted to a points system about ten years ago
I recently retired and my income has halved so to continue paying maintenance fees will put a burden on my finances. Also after a recent illness the type of holiday time share offers is of no use to me.
I would like to know my options to cancel the contract with Bluegreen
