I can no longer afford my timeshare week as it has gone from £500 to £617.62. I have had it for 17 years and now only have my state pension.
I have called the office twice, emailed 3 times & explained this and told them I have to give it up & asked how to go about this. So far I have not had any response.
Any advice would be great.

Hello my mum is recently deceased and she was the owner of a timeshare. Unfortunately due to ill health she has been unable to use it. She had tried to sell this but was unable to. I am not sure if she has paid for the upkeep of this! What do I need to do? Does her timeshare die with her or do I need to contact them ?

We have had a company contact me to tell me we can claim against CLC of 70k. but wanting a fee upfront . Unfortunately because we have suffered financial problems due the the Barclays loans for the timeshare we are on a debt management plan therefore unable to take any credit out .
is there any way you can pay fees at the end

My husband died 2 years ago and I am 81 years and can not travel to Tenerife or afford to pay the maintenance each year I have constantly requested that Club Hotel sell the timeshare and pay the amount outstanding this has been going on for 2 years but they are saying that if I don’t pay they will start proceedings. We took over an RCI timeshare and turned it into points. We took o er from my parents who bought it in around 1985 in Tenerife. I would now like to get out of this with it without any monies as the rent is over £1,000 a year.
