Whilst staying at a Heritage Resort in Spain, we were approached by their manager to see if we wanted to dispose of our timeshare and offered a way to do so. It involved paying a lump sum and in return, they took our timeshare (2 wks in Tenerife) so we had no further responsibility and gave us a 3 year introductory membership into the Heritage Resort Club with the promise of a holiday each year at a one of their resorts and at the end of the 3 years we can walk away knowing that we have no further responsibility to our timeshare and no requirement to join their club. I am concerned this may be a scam. Do you have any thoughts on this?

I bought two 25 keys contracts with them on the understanding I would get a yearly return but because of COVID I only got my maintenance fees payed last year by them instead of the £4,000 plus rental. I paid £25,000 for each of them

I have recently been contacted by Fernando y Asociados saying they will get me compensation for a timeshare plus other holiday clubs they want £10100 up front on reflection this feels like a scam please advice
