I own three fixed weeks at Sunset bay.resort, Torviscous, Tenerife.
I have been a member there for 40 years and have seen many changes. Now we have Hilton Vacations, who seem to have grand plans which could have huge conciseness for present Diamond owners.

I would be grateful for any information you have regarding the options available to Diamond members.

I am in a timeshare with Azure where they said I signed up for 65 years. I really am not sure about it. We want out as it is not feasable or affordable for us

I have a certificate from Fullbrook Associates stating that my time share contract has been terminated. Another company Fernendo y Asociados now tell me that this is not a legal document and that my timeshare contract is not terminated. Can you please throw any light on this?

We have owned a time share( Marina Park since 1990 a floating member we have not been allowed to use it over the past couple of years but still have to pay a large maintainable cost. We don’t want it any more and we’re going to take back our membership certificate this year but holiday got cancelled again. How do we get rid of this now burden around our necks as I retire in a few months. I hear the Spanish government are now closing all the timeshare properties anyway

I have an offer on my Vida Vacations timeshare that is nearly twice the investment cost. The offer is from a middeman organisation called Tradingconnection.online, Sarasota, Florida, USA. I bought two 25 keys contracts with them on the understanding I would get a yearly return but because of COVID I only got my maintenance fees payed last year by them instead of the £4,000 plus rental. I paid £25,000 for each of them
