We bought two one week timeshare units on Mc Donalds Dona Lola on private re-sale in 2002. We paid our service charges and used our weeks until 2019, we paid 2020’s charge but could not use due to Corvid, we didn’t pay for 2021 as restrictions still applied. Mc Donalds continued to peruse payment and have now instructed solicitors who are being very heavy handed, Ideally we would like them to write off the disputed weeks and do a deal relative to handing back our weeks.

Hi I have won my case but waiting on the Spanish courts seeking the assets to pay me it over 3 years with no answers from my Spanish Lawyers they keep saying they are waiting on the Courts this is not good enough.
