Hello, I have a timeshare that is supposedly being sold. Its in Mexico. My agent says Mexico requires me to send $6000 to them before any real estate transaction can be done. something to do with either taxes or something to do with the Bank needing the OK from the Mexican government to release my funds. The name of my agent is Business Brokers International out of New York. Is there any truth to this or is it a scam. Thank You, Fred

We want to get rid of our Sheraton vistana resort timeshare in Florida. Been in contact with sell my time share company based there in Florida, they will then advertise it for sale at a cost of $1998. That includes all finalising documents and transfer fees etc. Does not guarantee sale. Is this my best option to relinquish my ownership? I just want to be rid of it and stop paying fees when I’m not able to use it. Other companies here in UK are able to do it but don’t give an exact price of what it would cost.

We originally purchase a week in Malta Salina wharf however, once purchase we could never book a room, we eventually ended up changing to flexible points, again however we could never book any room with RCI in the end we gave back the week this was after 4-5 years with them very disappointed and difficult to make a booking
