I am considering coming out of Diamond Resorts and being over 75 we are able to do it at no cost? But if we came out of the contract first, would it jeopardise a claim for unfair contract, breach of contract and fraud by selling timeshare concessions through Booking.com, Diamond Hotels whilst not releasing availability to members whilst charging members full Management fees.
I am writing the answer here because something needs checking as our website does not show where to place the answer,,,
Dear Barrie,
Cancelling your contract would jeopardize a future legal dispute against the resort and the chances of being awarded compensation. If you would like to find out what your rights are and what options are available to you, please feel free to contact us: UK 0800 520 2322 / International +800 5202322.

We started to receive demands for annual maintenance fees and at the time we couldn’t afford to pay them so we let things lapse. I still have the title deeds for the two weeks, do I still have the rights to sell these?
