Hi my grandma has a timeshare at lost valley lake resort in Missouri. She’s retired and doesn’t use it and can’t afford it anymore. She’s trying to figure out how to get out. I’ve tried helping her still it since she’s not at all tech savvy. But I haven’t had any luck. Do you guys help people get out of them

We originally purchase a week in Malta Salina wharf however, once purchase we could never book a room, we eventually ended up changing to flexible points, again however we could never book any room with RCI in the end we gave back the week this was after 4-5 years with them very disappointed and difficult to make a booking
